Your whole territory, every channel, around the clock.

Put a rep in front of every HCP you can't reach — on every channel, all the time.

A zenrep covers your whole territory the way your best rep covers their best account: answering every healthcare professional, day or night, on the channel they prefer, never rushed and never off-label. One AI coworker that holds reach, relationships, and regulatory discipline at the same time — so your team grows what it can cover without growing what it has to worry about. Every word a zenrep says comes from your MLR-approved corpus, pairs fair balance automatically, and is logged for your compliance team. Zenreps is the platform that makes that reach safe to turn loose.

The real tension

In regulated medicine, every promotional sentence is a compliance event — and one slip is a regulatory event.

A human field force can only be in so many rooms. The reps you have reach the HCPs they can physically visit — the high-volume, urban, easy-to-book ones, two or three times a year — and the rest of your territory goes quiet. Meanwhile, every single thing a rep says is a regulated statement: one claim that drifts past the label, one missed adverse event, one fair-balance line left off, and a routine conversation becomes a regulatory event. So teams hold back — fewer touches, tighter scripts, narrower coverage — and reach is what loses. Zenreps resolves it the other way. The discipline is built into how a zenrep speaks, so you can cover the whole territory without multiplying the risk.

The non-negotiable core

The compliance gate — what it actually does.

Everything above is only worth turning loose because of what sits underneath it. Every response a zenrep gives is routed through the compliance gate — a sequence of checks that confirm the answer delivers exactly what the HCP needs and nothing it shouldn't: in scope, grounded in an approved passage, fair-balanced, and citable before a single word reaches the clinician. The gate is operating today, and it rests on four guarantees.

01

It can only speak approved material

There's no general medical model improvising underneath. A zenrep cannot assert anything that isn't in your medically and legally approved source material — that corpus is the ceiling on what it can say.

02

Every claim is checked before it's delivered

Each turn passes the pipeline: in scope, fair-balanced, grounded in an approved passage, and citable. Then, and only then, is it spoken.

03

It refuses rather than guesses

When a claim can't be grounded in approved material, the gate is fail-closed: the zenrep declines, redirects, or routes the question to a human. Refusing correctly is treated as a success, not a failure.

04

Every turn is audit-traceable

Each exchange records what was asked, what was answered, what the gate decided, and the exact approved passage it was anchored to — reconstructable for your compliance team any time, and exportable as CSV.

Right reach

One zenrep, every channel, the same gated answers.

HCPs don't all live in one inbox. A zenrep meets them where they already are — same corpus, same gate, same audit trail — whether a clinician is on a face-to-face video call, typing on the web, or messaging on Telegram. Every channel routes through the same compliance gate, so the answer is identical wherever it lands. Here's exactly what's live today and what's coming as we open access, stated honestly with nothing oversold.

Live today

Web chat

Chat with a zenrep right now in the browser. The public demo runs the live compliance gate on every turn — try to push it off-label and watch it decline.

Live today

Telegram

Live today with our design partner. HCPs message the zenrep on Telegram, and every reply passes the gate before it's sent — gated, grounded, and logged like every other channel.

In build

Live video-avatar call

A real-time, face-to-face avatar conversation — a face, a voice, a genuine back-and-forth, not a form or a chatbot script. You can demo it today; a generally available, fully gated video channel is on the near-term path.

On the roadmap

Phone (voice call)

A gate-enforced voice pipeline is in build — every spoken word still passes the same gate. Coming as we complete the provider agreements; not available today.

On the roadmap

SMS (text)

Text the zenrep, get the same gated, on-label answers. On the roadmap and coming alongside phone voice; not yet available.

What a zenrep does

Every discipline of a great rep, held at once.

Reach without a headcount line

A zenrep covers your entire territory — every HCP, including the rural and low-volume clinicians a human field force never gets to — not just the handful one rep can visit this quarter. You grow coverage without growing the org chart.

Always on, on their schedule

HCPs get an accurate, on-label answer the moment they ask — nights, weekends, between patients. Availability stops being a function of your headcount and your calendar.

Scale your team, not your risk

Cover far more ground without adding compliance exposure. A zenrep owns 24/7 availability and the regulated back-office work — sample requests, adverse-event capture, escalations, the audit record — so your people spend their time on the relationships only they can hold. A coworker, not a replacement.

Picks up where it left off

Per-HCP continuity: a zenrep persists each clinician's thread and resumes it next time — calm, consistent, and it never makes the doctor repeat themselves.

Answers only from your corpus

Product, dosing, indication, safety — grounded in your MLR-approved materials and cited on demand. A zenrep can't speak from a general medical model, by design.

Fair balance, automatically

Efficacy never goes out without the safety information approval requires. A zenrep is structurally unable to oversell — the balance is paired in the same answer, every time.

Catches adverse events

Detects an adverse-event report, captures the structured fields — drug, reaction, severity, onset, outcome — and routes it to your pharmacovigilance queue, so your reporting clock starts at capture rather than at the end of a thread.

Knows the rules of the room

Recognizes the jurisdiction — PAAB in Canada, OPDP in the United States — and the product class, drug versus device, and enforces the right ruleset on every single turn.

See it live

See a zenrep answer — then see the receipt.

The fastest way to understand Zenreps is to talk to a zenrep. Bring your hardest detail question — the off-label probe, the comparison your data doesn't support, the safety edge case — and watch a zenrep answer confidently and on-label, pair the safety information automatically, and refuse cleanly when a question goes off-corpus. Then open the audit view: every claim it made, tagged to the exact approved passage it came from. That last screen is the one that lands — a rep that's fast and personable is easy to picture; a rep that's fast, personable, and provably compliant is the thing teams in this industry rarely get to see. Why teams trust it

Compliant posture, by design.

Your corpus is the ceiling

A zenrep speaks only from the MLR-approved materials you load. No general model is answering underneath, so it can't drift off-label to sound helpful. You control the corpus; nothing a zenrep says exists outside what your medical and legal teams cleared.

Data residency that fits the law

Canadian tenants run in ca-central-1 (Montreal) for PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25; US tenants run in us-east-1 for OPDP. Data residency is matched to the jurisdiction, not bolted on.

An immutable, inspector-ready record

Every turn is logged to an append-only audit trail with database-level protections against tampering. Your compliance team can reconstruct any conversation and export it as CSV, any time. The receipts are always there.

Multi-tenant by design

Each customer's corpus, relationship data, and audit log are isolated at the database level and never cross-leaked. Onboarding is "here is our MLR-approved corpus," not a code change. A zenrep answers from your data alone.

Turn the reach loose, not the risk.

Zenreps is pre-launch and onboarding design partners now. Join the waitlist and tell us your product and your market — we'll reach out as we open access, and set up a session with a zenrep grounded in a sample corpus. If you're EU-based, say so: EU readiness is a near-term priority, not a someday. We'll only email you about getting started.

Questions

What teams ask first.

What is Zenreps?

Zenreps is a compliance-gated AI platform for pharmaceutical and medical-device commercial and medical-affairs teams. It deploys zenreps — AI sales reps that talk to healthcare professionals across channels, answer only from your MLR-approved corpus, capture sample requests and adverse events, escalate edge cases to your MLR queue, and leave an auditable record of every interaction.

Does a zenrep replace our human reps?

No. A zenrep is a coworker, not a substitute. Your reps own the relationships only a human can hold; a zenrep owns 24/7 availability and the regulated back-office work — answering routine questions, capturing sample requests and adverse events, handling escalations, and keeping the audit record. Your team covers far more ground without adding headcount or compliance exposure.

Which channels does a zenrep work on?

Live today: web chat and Telegram, both running every answer through the compliance gate. You can demo a live, face-to-face video-avatar conversation now, with the fully gated generally available version on the near-term path. A gate-enforced phone (voice) pipeline is in build, and SMS is on the roadmap — not available today, but coming. Whatever the channel, the answer passes the same gate, so an HCP gets the identical on-label, fair-balanced response everywhere.

How does it stay compliant?

Every response is routed through a deterministic compliance gate before it's delivered. A zenrep can only speak from your approved corpus, every claim is verified and paired with the required fair balance, anything that can't be grounded is refused rather than guessed, and every turn is logged to an immutable, inspector-ready audit trail you can export as CSV. Compliance isn't a review step after the fact — it's in the path of every word.

What does our MLR team have to do?

At onboarding, your MLR team reviews and approves the corpus a zenrep operates from — product monographs, ISI, approved claims — and signs off on the tone of the refusal templates. After that, they staff an escalation queue for the edge cases a zenrep routes to a human (we agree the SLA at onboarding) and review conversations at their discretion using the admin tooling we provide. From there a zenrep can only ever speak material your MLR has already cleared. Onboarding is "here is our MLR-approved corpus," not a code project.

How does a zenrep get better over time?

Per-HCP continuity is live today — a zenrep persists each clinician's thread and picks up where it left off, so doctors never repeat themselves. Beyond that, the product improves the way a compliance product should: deterministically and under MLR sign-off. Your medical team adds approved claims as new trials publish, and your marketing team refines refusal templates and tone — all through the corpus, all under your control. There's no autonomous, agentic drift; every improvement is approved material. A deeper, compounding per-HCP memory that carries prior context forward into new conversations is on the roadmap — we describe the continuity that ships today and don't oversell what's still in build.

Can it talk to patients?

Not today — by design. Zenreps are healthcare-professional-facing only, which keeps us clear of direct-to-consumer promotion rules and keeps clinical decisions with the clinician. Patient-facing support, with the right guardrails, is on our roadmap: the same gate that keeps an HCP conversation on-label is what will make a compliant patient-support experience possible. HCP-first today; patient-facing ahead.

Do you support the EU and UK?

Not live today — but EU is an immediate priority, because a lot of pharma is EU-based. The regulatory groundwork is done: EMA/EU compliance mapping, GDPR posture via standard contractual clauses, AI Act disclosure. The remaining step is productization — widening our provisioning to onboard EU and UK products. Today the platform provisions Canada (PAAB) and the United States (OPDP). If you're EU-based, join the waitlist and tell us your market — it's a near-term priority, not a someday.

Where does our data live, and is it secure?

Tenant data lives in Supabase Postgres — ca-central-1 (Montreal) for Canadian tenants, us-east-1 for US tenants — with data residency matched to the jurisdiction. Tenants are isolated at the database level with row-level security, per-tenant secrets, and per-tenant corpus composition, so no customer's corpus or audit log ever crosses into another's. The audit log is append-only with database-level protections against tampering, and you own it. The posture is HIPAA-ready: the associated BAAs activate at our first paying US customer.

Does it integrate with our CRM?

CRM integration — writing interactions back to systems like Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, or IQVIA OCE — is on the roadmap, not live today. Right now every interaction is captured in your tenant's audit trail and admin console and is exportable as CSV, so the record is yours from day one while the bidirectional connectors are built.

Does it work for medical devices as well as drugs?

Yes. A zenrep is aware of the product class and enforces the right ruleset per turn — drug versus device — just as it adapts to the jurisdiction (PAAB in Canada, OPDP in the US). The same architecture works for any product whose promotion is bound by approved materials; your approved corpus is what a zenrep operates from.

How does it handle adverse events?

A zenrep detects an adverse-event report, acknowledges it, captures the structured fields — drug, reaction, severity, onset, outcome — and routes it to your pharmacovigilance queue, so your reporting clock starts at capture rather than at the end of a thread. It's a backstop to your existing PV process, designed so a safety signal raised in conversation never quietly falls through.

Are you PAAB-pre-cleared?

PAAB pre-clears materials, not live conversations. Your corpus is the pre-cleared material — which you approve. A zenrep's live responses are governed the way a human rep's are: bounded by approved material, accountable, and fully recorded. We describe this as a PAAB-aligned posture, not a blanket "pre-cleared" claim.

When does it launch, and who is it for?

Zenreps is pre-launch and onboarding design partners now. It's built for pharmaceutical and medical-device commercial and medical-affairs teams — from specialty pharma with a single product to multi-product organizations covering several markets — who need to reach more HCPs without multiplying compliance exposure. Operating in Canada and the United States today, with EU and UK next. Join the waitlist, tell us your product and market, and we'll reach out as we open access.
